The Paris Metro is THE way of get around in Paris. Each line is both number and color coded. and you know which way to go by the location on either end of the line. The stations are pretty well kept and lighhted. The decor in each one is different, and after a day or so, you begin to recognize the lines and directions. It's confusing at first, but gets easier the more you go into le metro. Here at Pyrenees, the descent is quite steep, and deep.
