A short rest, and then off to Butte Chaumont for a walk in the park. What a beautiful spot in the middle of Paris! Lots of mature trees and plantings. Back to the apartment for a shower and dinner with a friend. Five minutes along Avenue Simon Bolivar to a brasserie for a delicious meal, great wine and ENORMOUS desserts. Strolling home in the warm summer evening to bed and a trip to London in the morning.
